Brush & overgrowth clearing in West Chicago
When tall grass, thick weeds and young saplings take over part of a property, a mower won't touch it. We bring a stand-on track loader with a brush-cutter attachment and cut the overgrowth back down.

Take it back
Overgrown to usable again
Fields, back corners, fence lines and empty lots can get away from you fast. A season or two without attention and tall grass, weeds and saplings grow thick enough to hide fences, hold trash and give ticks and rodents plenty of cover. At that point a regular mower or string trimmer isn't the right tool.
Our crew uses a stand-on mini track loader fitted with a brush-cutter attachment. It cuts through dense grass, heavy weeds and young saplings and knocks the growth down to a manageable height. The tracks spread the machine's weight, which helps on soft or uneven ground where wheeled equipment would struggle.
Once it's cleared, you can see what you're working with again. From there, ask us about follow-up mowing to keep it under control, or about what comes next for the space. Every property is different, so we'll look at yours before quoting.
Some jobs need more machine than a mower, and that's what the brush cutter is for.
Know the signs
Signs you need brush clearing
The mower can't get through
Growth that's waist-high or woody will stall or damage a regular mower. That's brush-cutter territory.
Saplings are taking over
Young trees sprouting in a field or fence line get harder to deal with every year they're left.
You can't see the fence line
When weeds and brush swallow a fence, it's hard to maintain the fence or even check its condition.
The lot has sat untouched
Empty lots and long-neglected yards often need a heavy first cut before regular maintenance makes sense.
You're getting the property ready
Before selling or simply reclaiming the space, clearing overgrowth shows you what you actually have.

Neighbors say it best.
What can the brush cutter handle?
It's built for dense grass, heavy weeds and young saplings, the kind of growth that takes over unused ground. Larger trees are a different job, which is where our tree trimming and removal service comes in.
What happens to the cut material?
The brush cutter cuts the growth down where it stands, so most of it stays on the ground. If you need something different for your property, ask us about it and we'll talk through what's possible.
Can the machine get into my yard?
The stand-on track loader is compact, but it does need a clear way in, like a wide gate or an open side yard. We'll check access when we look at the property.
Will it grow back?
Cut grass and weeds will regrow, and saplings can resprout from their roots. Regular mowing afterward keeps the area under control. Ask us about follow-up visits.
